I worked out with Juraj from January 2018 to August 2018. It was great at two levels. First it was great from the point of view of my body. I got very fit. I got muscle, I lost my fat and I will say I have not been so fit ever, even if for many years I go to the gym regularly.
Second, it was fun and it fit my personality. The gym was never too hard or too much jumping, as I hate that. Instead I felt like it was “lazy gym” which is great for me as I hate going the gym. But not with Juraj, it was always fun to go to gym, given his personality and the fact that the routines he chose fit my personality.

Since I had a chronic weak back I was looking for safe way to strengthen my core. I usually don’t like going to the gym because I get bored easily and prefer outdoor sports but with Juraj its different.
The workouts are challenging but fun and Juraj always adds new exercises, which keep it interesting. I really like the mixture of weight training, floor exercises with medicine balls, swiss balls or the Bosu and boxing for the cardio element.
He is always aware of my posture and that I do the exercises in the correct manner to avoid injury. This allow me to concentrate on doing the best that I can without having to worry that I`ll hurt my back. When I have a busy week and forget to make an appointment or have just come back from vacation and have let a week slip by Juraj always text messages me to ask when I want to have a session.
I really appreciate this and am glad that he does so because it keeps me from skipping a week`s workout. Thanks to Juraj I have been able to keep it up over 6 months, my record to date for gym workouts. I`m happy with the progress I`ve made so far and look forward to getting even stronger.

I started working out with Juraj in the beginning of 2014, after my first child was born. I found that Juraj was able to help me regain my shape in a few months time by working out in an fun and efficient manner with a pleasant pace (I hardly ever had muscle pains).
In addition, Juraj is experienced in training with woman that suffered from (typical) post pregnancy injuries such as pelvic instability. This helped me a great deal when getting back into shape. During my second pregnancy I continued my work outs with Juraj until six weeks before giving labour to our second child. This also helped me recover from the delivery.
Now our second child is almost one year old, I fit all my clothes again and feel energetic and healthy. (This without dieting!). As a attorney-of-law working at one of the biggest Dutch law firms I have to put in a lot of hours.

“Not long after having suffered with hernia in my lower back I started training with Juraj. It had left me very conscious of how important core muscles are for health and also how fearful that a similar incident could happen again.
At the beginning of our training I was feeling fragile and afraid of any wrong or sudden moves that could trigger another back problem. My own nervousness fortunately never intimidated Juraj. However, he would carefully select exercises that strengthen core muscles without straining the lower back and even do additional research in his spare time.
